Kiln Wash is a blend of refractory materials used to protect kiln shelves from fluid drips and runs that may occur in ceramics kiln firings. This product is made with care in our Seattle Factory.
To use: Simply mix with water to glaze consistency, and brush onto top side of shelf.

Can you use cone 10 kiln wash for firing anywhere between cone 6 and 10, or is it only for cone 10?
You can use this kiln wash for firings up to cone 10. It works just great for lowfire and midrange firings.

Our kiln wash is good for up to cone 10 firings. It will work just fine at cone 6.
