    Delivery Driver (1 Position Available)

    (inquiries accepted, not actively hiring)

    As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and products to various locations. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Safely operate delivery vehicles
    • Load and unload goods and products from the vehicle, regularly and repeatedly lifting and transfering 50-75lbs.
    • Plan delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries
    • Communicate with the Team and Customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
    • Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
    • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and signatures
    • Schedule maintenance services: tires, brakes, etc.

    Qualifications and Attributes

    We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual who embodies the following qualities:

    • Strong communication skills to interact with Customers and Team members.
    • Demonstrated history of creative thinking and the ability to work autonomously.
    • Safety minded person able to follow personal protective equipment protocols.
    • Quick learner with the ability to absorb new information and confidently apply it.
    • Willingness to ask for clarification when needed, ensuring accuracy in tasks.
    • Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
    • Familiarity with warehouse operations or forklifts is a plus.

      Clay Associate (1 Position Available)

      As a Clay Associate at SPS, you will play a vital role in the production process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

      • Mixing raw components to create clay to exacting standards.
      • Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of machinery used.
      • Operating forklifts and large machinery to facilitate production and warehouse tasks.
      • Regularly lifting and transferring up to 50lbs.
      • Accomplishing assigned tasks efficiently and prioritizing responsibilities as needed.
      • Weighing out smaller materials to contribute to precise formulations.

       

      We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual who embodies the following qualities:

      • Demonstrated history of creative thinking and the ability to work autonomously.

      • Ceramics experience is a plus, though not necessary.

        Availability preferred: early morning or midday shifts, 3-5 days a week

         

        Inside Sales Representative

        About this position

        • Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for excellent customer service, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing customers, and driving revenue through sale of our products.

        Primary responsibilities

        • Helping by answer incoming phone calls as needed
        • Making outbound calls, both cold and to existing customers.
        • Place orders through online system
        • Foster positive customer relationships
        • Drive growth YOY for existing customers
        • Meet sales goals weekly, monthly and yearly

        Required Qualification and Candidate Attributes

        • Hard working
        • Demonstrate a history of creative thinking and autonomous work
        • Ability to maintain a positive attitude, especially in escalated circumstances
        • Comfortable interacting with customers through email and over the phone
        • Can perform basic math skills
        • Desire to learn and improve
        • Ceramics experience is a plus, but not necessary
        • A knowledge or interest of the ceramic community and artistic endeavors
        • Absorb information quickly and can confidently apply new knowledge
        • Not afraid to ask for clarification
