EL129 - Slate

Cone 06: (1st image) Slate is a glossy, mottled dark and light gray glaze with a dark brown stain.

Cone 6: (2nd image) Color changes to a semi-translucent, variegated brown/blue that breaks over texture and pools blue. Enhanced mobility. Surface issues may occur.

TIP: This glaze will move slightly with three coats.

Inspired by aspects of nature, Elements™ and Elements™ Chunkies produce lush, organic, and earthy hues. Designed to simulate the look of mid-range glazes but in a low-fire firing. May be used for all over coverage or in design, used alone or in combination with other Mayco glazes.
