Does this crucible have a lid that may go with it to cover while in a wood stove fire?

Thanks for asking, our crucible doesn't have a specific lid. However you can use a kiln shelf as a cover during firing. Here is a link to the right sized shelf: click here. There is a bit of overhang, but honestly that can help with taking it off, gives you something to hold on to.
What temp is this good for? How high can this unit go to?

Mullite is rated to go up to 1800 degrees celsius.
