This lowfire ceramic clay fires within a range of: CONE 06 - 04 (1830-1940ºF)
- Wet Color: Mid-gray
- Firing Color: White
- Texture: Very Coarse
- Cone 04 Avg. Shrinkage 2±%: 7.5%
- Cone 1 Avg. Shrinkage 2±%: 10%
This earthenware body is great for throwing and slab or coil techniques. A smooth and strong finisher, it fires to a true white. Also available with paper.
25 lb. block.
To use: wedge wet clay, work as preferred, and fire to ∆ 04. Use with low-fire glazes.
