QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
Can I add this to Iron Oxides that I am using to stain bisque fired ceramics? I realize a mistake I'm making that is affecting my color outcome in the Iron oxide stain application. It's not blended enough to keep a consistent amount of iron onto the surface because its heavy and instantly sinks to the bottom of my bucket when dipping the ceramics. I want to keep the iron suspended.
Veegum T may be able to be used to keep iron oxide in suspension in water, but I'm not sure. Usually, people use Gerstley Borate to keep oxides in suspension in water.
