The Shimpo Aspire needs to be plugged into a running outlet to work properly. Even with the foot pedal. At this time we have no manual wheels for sale. The Aspire is really lovely and lightweight at 25lbs. Even though it's so light it can handle up to 20lbs of clay! Pretty impressive little wheel.
