Join us for:

Live pottery demos (and a raku firing!) by our local pottery studios and teachers!

Come meet some of the amazing studios that we've worked with over the years. We work with them to supply materials, help their students shop for supplies, and send customers their way with class recommendations. Studio heads and teachers will be present to talk about class offerings and show you all the ways you can develop new skills as a potter. Some of these amazing studios will be presenting demos! You can learn how to hand-build, see how to master throwing on the wheel, and more! Watch, chat, and ask endless questions to our ever-skilled community members.

A raffle, door prizes, & special discounts!

Celebrate our 50th with special party discounts and door prizes. Spin the (pottery) Wheel of Fortune, enter to win a free Raku Workshop, and fight to win our epic pinch pot showdown.

Epic Pinch Pot Throwdown

Got pinch pot skills (or just want to play with clay)? Join our three-minute "showdown" to win bragging rights and prizes! Open to anyone who wants to enter, each person will get 1lb of clay. We will do a quick demonstration of how to make pinch pots and let you have at it! Judging will be on size, consistency, and style.

A mini pottery market featuring the work of some of our long-time regulars!

Come down and buy some actual pottery from some of our lovely regulars whose practices we've seen grow. Whether it's buying their own kiln, starting to sell at markets, or seeing them pop in to fire with us week after week, we have been with them through it all. We want to show them just how much they mean to us by paying it forward and giving them the spotlight. See more below!

Live music and beer!

Enjoy sweet, sweet jams from our very own two-man band, Ginness, while browsing the aisles. Need a cold brew after shopping till you drop? Stop by our neighbor Seapine Brewing Company, take a load off, and take advantage of our Pint for a Pint special (buy a pint of SPS glaze, get 10% off a pint of Seapine beer, and vice versa!).  Parking will be available in their lot as well.
