Christy Grog is a fine, calcined clay product used in ceramics to add texture, reduce shrinkage, and improve thermal shock resistance in clay bodies. It is commonly used in stoneware, sculptural clay, and hand-built pottery to create grogged textures, strengthen the body, and reduce warping during drying and firing.
