Yes you can! Feel free to experiment

Can I paint on a tile already fired with Foundations with stroke and coat and fire again? And glaze or not?
Yes, you can re-fire! You can add more glaze on top, just make sure to leave ample dry time between additional layers. If you're struggling to get the glaze to stay put you can put the tile in the microwave briefly. This will help the glaze adhere to the surface of your piece by drying quickly.
