Transparent Matte is a low-fire satin glaze that works well with surface decoration. If you spend all that time painting with Velvet Underglaze, make sure you use this to reduce the glare of a glossy glaze.
Works great with any AMACO underglaze product. Apply thin over texture and surface decorations to prevent pooling. This glaze can become semi-opaque when it is thick.
Fire to Cone 06-04 for best results.
