Kaolin (Wilco UPF) is a fine, white-firing kaolin used in ceramics to increase whiteness, plasticity, and workability in clay bodies and porcelain blends. It also contributes to glaze suspension and improves the strength and durability of fired ware.
Contains crystalline silica, which can be harmful if inhaled. Can be irritating if ingested. Always wear gloves, a dust mask or respirator, and work in a well-ventilated area. Do not ingest. Wash hands when done.
