How to Wedge Seattle Freeze Porcelain: the Icebreaker

Seattle Freeze can harden when stored. This does not mean the clay is too old! To return it to working consistency, wedge hard (we recommend throwing it on the floor with force, as shown in the video below, in the move we call the "Icebreaker"), then wedge as normal. Do not add water!

You'll be amazed at how quickly it returns to its creamy, buttery consistency. It's like magic!
